acumula em pequenas quantidades no g\u00e1s natural. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Quando o g\u00e1s \u00e9 extra\u00eddo e queimado, o h\u00e9lio \u00e9 liberado na atmosfera.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>C\u00e1lculos te\u00f3ricos sugeriram, portanto, que os n\u00edveis atmosf\u00e9ricos de h\u00e9lio-4 pode estar aumentando h\u00e1 d\u00e9cadas devido ao uso de combust\u00edvel f\u00f3ssil. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>At\u00e9 agora, no entanto, faltavam evid\u00eancias experimentais convincentes para tal para nitrog\u00eanio (N<\/span><sub><span>2<\/span><\/sub><span>).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Eles estudaram 46 amostras de ar entre que foram guardadas de 1974 e 2020 e descobriram que a concentra\u00e7\u00e3o de h\u00e9lio<\/span><sup><span>4<\/span><\/sup><span> aumentou a uma taxa m\u00e9dia de 39+\/- 3 bilh\u00f5es de moles por ano.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/article>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"color: var(--wpex-text-2); font-family: var(--wpex-body-font-family, var(--wpex-font-sans));\">\u201cComo os n\u00edveis de nossa observa\u00e7\u00e3o de um aumento em\u00a0<\/span><sup><span>4<\/span><\/sup><span>He, uma raz\u00e3o isot\u00f3pica est\u00e1vel implica um ac\u00famulo correspondente de\u00a0<\/span><sup><span>3<\/span><\/sup><span>He e\u00a0<\/span><sup><span>4<\/span><\/sup><span>He.\u201d<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span>Birner acrescenta que o aumento de\u00a0<\/span><sup><span>3<\/span><\/sup><span>He permanece em grande parte inexplic\u00e1vel e merece mais pesquisas \u2013 especialmente porque esse is\u00f3topo \u00e9 muito raro e tem v\u00e1rias aplica\u00e7\u00f5es importantes, inclusive como combust\u00edvel para fus\u00e3o nuclear.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u201cPara dar uma ideia de qu\u00e3o precioso \u00e9, as pessoas at\u00e9 pensaram em miner\u00e1-lo na Lua\u201d, diz ele.<\/span><\/p>\n<article class=\"editors-pick\"><span style=\"color: var(--wpex-text-2); font-family: var(--wpex-body-font-family, var(--wpex-font-sans));\">O aumento inferido da <sup>3<\/sup>He<\/span><span style=\"color: var(--wpex-text-2); font-family: var(--wpex-body-font-family, var(--wpex-font-sans));\">\u00a0tamb\u00e9m supera em muito as estimativas de emiss\u00f5es antr\u00f3picas de g\u00e1s natural, armas nucleares e gera\u00e7\u00e3o de energia nuclear, sugerindo poss\u00edveis problemas com medi\u00e7\u00f5es isot\u00f3picas anteriores ou uma avalia\u00e7\u00e3o incorreta de fontes conhecidas, diz ele.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: var(--wpex-text-2); font-family: var(--wpex-body-font-family, var(--wpex-font-sans));\">\u201cAo melhorar a medi\u00e7\u00e3o do h\u00e9lio atmosf\u00e9rico, esperamos desenvolver um indicador regional para o uso global de g\u00e1s natural que possa ser usado em
