pot\u00e1vel<\/span><\/a><span>\u00a0do ar, e os COFs podem ter um conjunto semelhante de fun\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Para o novo estudo, os pesquisadores se concentraram em usar um COF para remover corantes org\u00e2nicos da \u00e1gua.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Esses produtos qu\u00edmicos s\u00e3o um poluente comum de \u00e1guas residuais industriais e podem ser t\u00f3xicos e cancer\u00edgenos \u2013 para n\u00e3o mencionar que s\u00e3o dif\u00edceis de remover.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>A equipe ajustou o COF para faz\u00ea-lo conter seletivamente as mol\u00e9culas de corante org\u00e2nico. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Isso envolve tornar os poros da forma e tamanho certos \u2013 entre 0,8 e 1,6 nan\u00f4metros \u2013 e dar \u00e0 superf\u00edcie uma carga negativa, para atrair as mol\u00e9culas de corante carregadas positivamente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Mas havia outro obst\u00e1culo a ser superado.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Quando o material \u00e9 usado em sua forma em p\u00f3, os poros nas bordas externas se enchem primeiro de mol\u00e9culas, deixando os do centro vazios e essencialmente in\u00fateis.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Assim, a equipe desenvolveu uma maneira de espalhar o COF cultivando-o em uma folha de grafeno.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><a RichTextBody\">\n<p><span>O resultado final foi uma camada de COF de dois nan\u00f4metros de espessura em uma camada de um \u00fanico \u00e1tomo de grafeno, o que aumentou a capacidade m\u00e1xima do material de reter mol\u00e9culas de corante org\u00e2nico.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>O grafeno em si tem poros bastante grandes, permitindo que a \u00e1gua flua rapidamente enquanto o COF faz seu trabalho.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u201cOs grandes poros da rede de grafeno em combina\u00e7\u00e3o com a camada ultrafina de COF e seu grande n\u00famero de locais de adsor\u00e7\u00e3o, portanto, permitem um tratamento de \u00e1guas residuais particularmente r\u00e1pido e eficiente\u201d, disseram os pesquisadores.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>A t\u00e9cnica promete ter uma boa rela\u00e7\u00e3o
