e, por conta das expans\u00f5es e contra\u00e7\u00f5es, ela pode chegar a rachar.<\/p>\n<p class=\" content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Article links\">Isso afeta a durabilidade e a performance operacional da estrutura desses\u00a0<a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/revistacasaejardim.globo.com\/urbanismo\/imoveis\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-mrf-link=\"https:\/\/revistacasaejardim.globo.com\/urbanismo\/imoveis\/\">im\u00f3veis\u00a0<\/a>a longo prazo.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cropped-block\">\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"75\" data-block-id=\"6\">\n<p class=\" content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Article links\">Para os pesquisadores, v\u00e1rios pr\u00e9dios j\u00e1 devem ter tido problemas e outros ter\u00e3o ainda mais por conta do aumento das temperaturas esperado nos pr\u00f3ximos anos.<\/p>\n<p class=\" content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Article links\">&#8220;A mudan\u00e7a clim\u00e1tica do subsolo \u00e9 uma amea\u00e7a silenciosa&#8221;, diz Alessandro Rotta Loria, engenheiro e pesquisador da Universidade Northwestern e l\u00edder do estudo, em\u00a0<a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/news.northwestern.edu\/stories\/2023\/07\/the-ground-is-deforming-and-buildings-arent-ready\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-mrf-link=\"https:\/\/news.northwestern.edu\/stories\/2023\/07\/the-ground-is-deforming-and-buildings-arent-ready\/\">comunicado<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\" content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Article links\">&#8220;O solo est\u00e1 ficando deformado como consequ\u00eancia das varia\u00e7\u00f5es de temperatura, e nenhuma estrutura ou infraestrutura civil existente foi projetada para resistir a essas varia\u00e7\u00f5es.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cropped-block\">\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"29\" data-block-id=\"7\">\n<p class=\" content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Article links\">Loria aponta que esse fen\u00f4meno n\u00e3o chega a ser perigoso para a seguran\u00e7a das pessoas, mas afetar\u00e1 opera\u00e7\u00f5es normais dos sistemas de funda\u00e7\u00e3o e a infraestrutura no geral.<\/p>\n<h3 data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Article links\">Mudan\u00e7a clim\u00e1tica (no subsolo)<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cropped-block\">\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"45\" data-block-id=\"9\">\n<p class=\" content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Article links\">Em muitas \u00e1reas urbanas ao redor do mundo, o calor continua a se difundir dos pr\u00e9dios e transportes subterr\u00e2neos, aumentando a temperatura do solo rapidamente.<\/p>\n<p class=\" content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Article links\">Pesquisas anteriores sobre o assunto indicam que as superf\u00edcies de grandes cidades esquentam entre 0,1 e 2,5\u00baC por d\u00e9cada.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cropped-block\">\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"28\" data-block-id=\"10\">\n<p class=\" content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Article links\">Chamado de mudan\u00e7a clim\u00e1tica do subsolo, esse fen\u00f4meno tem causado problemas ecol\u00f3gicos, como a contamina\u00e7\u00e3o da \u00e1gua do solo, e de sa\u00fade, incluindo asma e ataques card\u00edacos.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cropped-block\">\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"58\" data-block-id=\"11\">\n<p class=\" content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Article links\">&#8220;No geral, as cidades s\u00e3o mais quentes que as \u00e1reas rurais porque os materiais de constru\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s vezes prendem o calor derivado da atividade humana e da radia\u00e7\u00e3o solar para depois o liber\u00e1-lo na atmosfera. Esse processo tem sido estudado por d\u00e9cadas. Agora, estamos investigando seu equivalente no subsolo que, em sua maioria, \u00e9 conduzido por atividade humana.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cropped-block\">\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"67\" data-block-id=\"13\">\n<p class=\" content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Article links\">Ao longo dos \u00faltimos anos, Alessandro Rotta Loria e sua equipe instalaram uma rede sem fio de mais de 150 sensores de temperatura na superf\u00edcie e no subsolo da regi\u00e3o central de Chicago, nos Estados Unidos, incluindo locais como por\u00f5es de pr\u00e9dios, t\u00faneis de metr\u00f4 e estacionamentos.<\/p>\n<p class=\" content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Article links\">Para compara\u00e7\u00e3o, os pesquisadores tamb\u00e9m instalaram os dispositivos numa \u00e1rea verde longe de pr\u00e9dios e sistemas de transporte de subsolo.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/article>\n<\/div>\n<p data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" regi\u00e3o chegam a ser 10\u00baC mais quentes que as da \u00e1rea verde.<\/p>\n<p data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Article links\">A temperatura do ar do subsolo pode chegar a 25\u00baC.<\/p>\n<p data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Article links\">Quando o calor se espalha pelo solo, ele pressiona os materiais, que se expandem e contraem com as mudan\u00e7as de temperatura.<\/p>\n<h3 data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Article links\">Simula\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h3>\n<div id=\"mc-article-body\" class=\"mc-article-body\">\n<article>\n<div class=\"no-paywall\">\n<div class=\"wall protected-content\">\n<div class=\"cropped-block\">\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"54\" data-block-id=\"19\">\n<p class=\" content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Article links\">A partir dos dados coletados por anos, a equipe construiu um modelo de computador 3D para simular como as temperaturas t\u00eam evolu\u00eddo desde 1951 \u2013 ano em que os t\u00faneis de metr\u00f4 de Chicago ficaram prontos \u2013 at\u00e9 hoje.<\/p>\n<p class=\" content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Article links\">Os pesquisadores conseguiram ainda usar a simula\u00e7\u00e3o para prever o <a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/umsoplaneta.globo.com\/clima\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-mrf-link=\"https:\/\/umsoplaneta.globo.com\/clima\/\">clima\u00a0<\/a>at\u00e9 o ano 2051.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cropped-block\">\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"74\" data-block-id=\"20\">\n<p class=\" content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Article links\">As simula\u00e7\u00f5es mostraram que as temperaturas mais altas podem fazer com que o solo inche e se expanda em at\u00e9 12 mil\u00edmetros.<\/p>\n<p class=\" content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Article links\">Esse aumento pode ainda fazer com que o solo se contraia e caia abaixo do peso de um pr\u00e9dio em at\u00e9 8 mil\u00edmetros.<\/p>\n<p class=\" content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Article links\">Vale ressaltar que, apesar de parecerem medidas pequenas ao olho humano, a varia\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 mais do que muitos componentes e sistemas de funda\u00e7\u00e3o conseguem aguentar sem prejudicar condi\u00e7\u00f5es operacionais.<\/p>\n<p data-track-category=\"Link no As coisas v\u00e3o acontecendo lentamente. As consequ\u00eancias para a operacionalidade das estruturas e infraestruturas pode ser ruim, mas vai demorar at\u00e9 que consigamos v\u00ea-las. \u00c9 prov\u00e1vel que a mudan\u00e7a clim\u00e1tica do subsolo j\u00e1 tenha causado rachaduras e assentamentos excessivos da funda\u00e7\u00e3o que n\u00e3o associamos a esse fen\u00f4meno porque n\u00e3o est\u00e1vamos cientes dele&#8221;, pontua Loria.<\/p>\n<p class=\" content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Article links\">Os especialistas acreditam que, no futuro, as estrat\u00e9gias de planejamento deveriam integrar tecnologias geotermais para coletar o calor e redistribui-lo para pr\u00e9dios com espa\u00e7o para aquecimento.<\/p>\n<p class=\" content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Article links\">&#8220;O que n\u00e3o queremos \u00e9 usar tecnologias para resfriar ativamente estruturas subterr\u00e2neas, porque isso consome energia.
